My Name is Sarah Fitzgerald. I am a lover of all things edible. With this Blog, I would like to pass along the things I’ve learned while growing up in rural County Kerry, Ireland and the many things I’ve learned since then. The hospitality business has allowed me to travel the world while working and picking a few thing up along the way about myself and my love of all things food. I Love to grow Vegetables and Flowers, Cook with them, make products for inside and outside of the body with them and try to use them for the good of the body and mind. “Food from seed to soul”.
I will hopefully share with you some of my favourite recipies, non toxic , all natural house hold products, all my homemade skin care products and the best natural ones out there, tell you some Hospitality stories and show you how I grow, cook and use what I grow on my own Balcony Garden.
